When my project’s first Missile will be launched in 1979 and for this successful mission we have worked 10 thousand people for five years but before launch this Missile we found only 15 minute before that there is some technical problem in the computer system, and before 4 minute we confirmed that Missile will not succeed and Missile hit to bay of Bengal i/o final destination Orbit.
In the time whole nation was waiting to hear our success and that time our chairman face the medial and he explain all the matter that we have tried to succeed to given our all effort but at last moment we found some technical problem in our computer system. We are preparing for successful mission again which will be happen within one year.
But in year 1980 our mission was succeed Mr. Chairmen ask to face the press conference . This is called Leadership ! Leader can take all failure at his own shoulder and manage ! But when victory come Leader share the success to Junior.
